What if you lead a successful Sales team, and help change the usage of Data in Key Accounts thanks to Toucan Toco's Data Storytelling?

You report to the VP Sales Europe.

You lead and work with 3 Alliances Managers specialized in Indirect Sales. You run a portfolio of 15 active partners
100% growth planned in the next 12 months.
Our average Sales Cycle lasts 3-months, is ‘High touch’, and develops 5-6 figures ARR contracts.
Our Partners are System Integrators like Cap Gemini, Accenture, Umanis or Business & Decision

You’re accountable for generate Opportunities through our Channel Partner and help our Partners Sales and our direct Salesforce to transform them from opportunities to Won deals hence growing the ARR through.


Your goals are to:

  • Grow the revenue through indirect sales
  • Hit the targets for New Business and for Expansion with our current Partners: Generated opportunities and ARR with the sales Pod
  • Orchestrate the Sales Process and increase conversion rates at each step from Qualified Sales Opportunity to Won

We expect from you that you:

  • Run weekly Forecast meeting with each Alliances Managers and the VP Europe
  • Apply a documented Sales Process to validate the progress of each opportunity in the Sales Funnel
  • Be data-driven and monitor closely the analytics at all the steps sales funnel
  • Inspire and Train the Alliances Managers to improve their selling skills and increase our Win Rate
  • Make a strong connection with the Marketing Team to use the right marketing material at each stage of the Sales Process and support our Partners in their initiatives
  • Align Toucan Toco’s GTM offers with existing partner
  • You know by heart those notions: “sales with”, “sales trough” & “incremental”


  • You animate weekly and daily discussions with theAlliances Managers on their active deal
  • You update the Forecast to provide a clear view on the sales pipeline
  • You help Account Executives to close
  • You validate all the exit criteria that justify the progress of an opportunity in the Sales Process
  • You align your partners and AM with your strategy by doing meeting
  • You go with your partners in end clients' meeting

Profil recherché


  • You have 10+ years experience in B2B Sales environment and you know all the ins and outs of corporate software sales
  • You already lead a succesful sales team
  • You have grown in dynamic and successful sales environment
  • You’re obsessed with perfect sales execution
  • You have developed your way to animate a forecast call


  • You know how to over-execute if you’re below targets at some point
  • Pragmatic and resourceful,you're a “doer" = you do things, quick and well. Even if you have to correct it afterwards.
  • Creative, curious and autonomous, you are ambitious and want to participate to a start-up growth
  • You want to progress in the contact of performing individuals
  • You use Digital Tools efficiently
