Toucan is the market leader in communicating insights to non-technical decision-makers. We pioneered into a unique software category called Data Storytelling, helping top Fortune companies and booming software companies become truly data-driven.

From 4 partners to 80 collaborators in 5 years, we were self financed until 2019 thanks to more than 100 key accounts such as LVMH, L'Oreal, BNP Paribas group, Renault Nissan Mitsubishi, Total, Deloitte, Accor, ... After building strong leadership and expanding the team in Europe, we opened our US HQ in Boston in June and raised $13 million to expand in the US. We're now looking to build our core team of passionate and talented people.

You will join a passionate team in the heart of Boston Technology Corridor and will have the opportunity to participate in the new wave of innovation in Data & Analytics.

Job Description

YOUR PROJECTS & MISSIONS

  • you support the sales team in the production of custom Toucan apps for demo meetings with prospects
  • you understand the prospects critical needs & use case to build the best demo possible
  • you manipulate data into Toucan by transforming data provided by prospects into tailored-made Toucan application
  • you work in coordination with the sales team to deliver best in class pre-sales demos following agile methodology
  • you're a key element of the team by offering prospects a wow effect during critical meetings of the sales cycle
  • you become a technical expert on Toucan product and technology for the purpose of technical support

Preferred Experience

PROFILE

  • you're solutions-oriented: you're able to understand quickly a business case and prioritize the critical pain points expressed by a client
  • you are Data Friendly: you have a strong interest for Data and want to understand the ins and outs of it
  • being proficient in Python, Mongo DB is a great plus

ATTITUDE

  • pragmatic and resourceful, you're a “doer” = you do things quick and well. Even if you have to correct it afterward
  • You are convinced of the impact that data communication can have on people's success in companies
