From 4 partners to 120 collaborators in 6 years, we were self financed until 2019 thanks to more than 100 key accounts such as LVMH, L'Oreal, BNP Paribas group, Renault Nissan Mitsubishi, Total, Deloitte, Accor, ... After building strong leadership and expanding the team in Europe, we opened our US HQ in Boston in 2019 and raised $13 million to expand in the US. We've built a performing core team and are looking to expand our leadership team.

Job Description

What if you were taking the challenge of building & leading a high-performing sales team to expand Toucan's market leadership?

We are looking for a Sales Leader to join our US team and grow our revenue in North America with us!

You would be leading a team of 8 people and growing it. Our average Sales Cycle lasts 3-months, is ‘High touch’, and develops contracts ranging from 35k to 200k ARR. You’re accountable for transforming Qualified Sales Opportunities to Won deals hence growing the ARR for new business and expansion.


  • You build and develop a sales team that is successful in identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing new business
  • You grow & lead the team to exceed revenue targets for the whole US market
  • You manage and monitor overall performance metrics and pipeline management
  • You ensure fast ramp-up of new Account Executives who join the team through onboarding and coaching

Preferred Experience


  • You have at least 5 years experience as an Account Executive and and least 3 years of experience leading a sales team
  • You know the complex sales of SaaS software in the Business Intelligence industry, and have a selling framework
  • You know how to run deals over 2-6 months of sales cycle with mid-market companies (from 250 to a few thousands of employees)
  • You have the experience of leading a sales team, providing predictable forecasts, ensuring CRM hygiene, and hiring/onboarding/training your team


  • Pragmatic and resourceful, you're a “doer” = you do things, quick and well. Even if you have to correct it afterward.
  • You are convinced of the impact that guided business analytics can have
  • Creative, curious and autonomous, you are ambitious and want to participate in a start-up growth
  • You want to progress in the contact of performing individuals
  • You use Salesforce efficiently
