We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to join the team in our Paris office, consolidate our top of the funnel generation in France and lead the expansion in Europe!

- You're a key element regarding demand generation for a leading innovator in the Business Intelligence industry: you have a strategic position in a high-growth startup
- You market a product that makes Data appealing and "snackable" !
- You work hand in hand with the offer Product Marketing Manager to transform our assets (messaging, content, customer references, ...) into high quality leads
Improve prospects’ engagement towards prospecting emails
Craft messaging resonating with specific personas
- Articulate several version of campaigns to refine our sweetspot faster
Create smart campaigns where data can contribute to lead score and help SDR target "the hottest cold leads" :)
Metrics: Open rates, Positive reply rate on emails, Sales Meetings, QSOs
Generate leads by distributing educative content
- Engaging messaging & leads segmentation to trigger signals (intent data)
- Align content with prospects’ needs
Use data to improve nurturing campaigns and test if a more segmented approach can bring us more leads because message would resonate more
Metrics: Number of Research MQLs, Sales Meetings generated, Transformation ratios of these MQLs into Sales Meetings
Explore untapped marketing channels and opportunities to animate our communities and generate leads
- Identify peers aiming the same target personae and build co-marketing partnerships
- Make sure that Toucan is active on our personae ecosystem (Product Hunt, Product School, Reddit, etc.)
- Shoot database we collected from prospection tools we had access too
Metrics: Growth of the Database, Contacts quality (open rates, bounce rates), Number of Research MQLs, Sales Meetings generated
Optimize marketing materials used for paid acquisition
- Use data to improve Global Lead Acquisition manager’s campaign and test if a more segmented approach can bring us more leads because message would resonate more
- Support Global Lead Acquisition manager in the website optimization
Metrics: On-page and Ads conversion rates, MQL, Sales Meetings generated
