We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join a team of 3 Marketing Acquisition experts: Digital, Paid & SEO. You report directly to the CRO - Baptiste Jourdan
Joining us on this amazing project implies that :
You are in charge of the field marketing in France, our main Market.
You drive it through the following channels, including but not limited to webinars, events, strategic partners (AWS... etc), email campaigns and more to produce high quality leads and support business.
YOUR MISSIONS
Campaign Management (40%)
Your goal: handle a strong and consistent marketing plan to create an ongoing flow of opportunities.
In-house Events: Plan, organize, and execute in-house events that align with our marketing goals and enhance client engagement.
Third-Party Events: Coordinate and participate in third-party events, such as trade shows and industry conferences (e.g., Big Data Paris), to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Strategic Partner Events: Organize co-marketing actions with strategic partners (i.e., webinars, eBooks).
Lead Generation Campaigns: Implement lead generation campaigns with digital providers (media sites, leadgen, etc.).
Asset Management: Leverage and adapt the assets of these campaigns (landing pages, content, banners, whitepapers, etc.).
Sales Alignment: Work closely with Sales and SDR to constantly improve alignment with revenue goals and efficiency.
Data-driven & Creative Marketing Tactics (30%)
Your goal: find the perfect marketing investment strategy and focus on key channels to accelerate the pipeline.
Track, monitor, score, and report campaigns on our marketing platform, HubSpot.
Use data to identify new opportunities: multi-channel campaigns, vertical content, and product content.
Work in pairs with the Digital Marketing Manager to test new creative formats and boost results.
Social Media Management (30%)
Your goal: animate and manage the company’s social media presence and the profile of our leader, Baptiste Jourdan.
Manage and create content for Twitter, LinkedIn, and Reddit to enhance engagement and visibility.
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights for improvement.
