Job Description

What if you joined a growing startup to lead all its digital acquisition strategy?

You join a team of Marketing Acquisition experts (Growth, Paid, SEO) as an International Marketing Acquisition Manager, you report directly to the head of Marketing.

You position yourself as a digital performances expert, supervising and managing the global acquisition strategy via our various paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Linkedin) and inbound marketing in order to boost lead generation** (content syndication, media, marketing automation etc.).


You will join a Marketing Acquisition team that feeds about 20 Enterprise sales people in 3 countries (US, NL, FR). Your challenge: amplify the digital acquisition on our markets.

You are the conductor of our digital campaigns.

  • You pilot directly or via our marketing agencies our Paid Ads campaigns (i.e. SEA, Linkedin Ads) and Display campaigns (i.e. retargeting). You have a growing budget (+€600k in 2020).
  • You support the efforts of our Growth Marketers in our different markets by pushing their campaigns to generate demands (e.g. registered webinars, trade show attendees).
  • You look for new sources of leads on specific personae to reach the objectives and make sure that the budget is properly monitored.

You ensure the continuous improvement of the digital channel performances.

  • You create ads and landing pages in collaboration with our product team for optimal copywriting.
  • You manage the tracking with Google Tag Manager and the follow-up of the campaigns with Google Analytics.
  • You develop action plans to improve the profitability of activated sources.
  • You help increase traffic of the site.

Preferred Experience


  • You have already managed large budgets, close to €1M/year
  • Proven experience in digital and mastery of the various acquisition levers (Paid, SEA, marketing automation), with results to back it up.
  • Results & Data driven, analytical and synthetic, you have a strong appetite for figures.
  • You have a thorough knowledge of the web, online advertising and analytics tools.
  • Excellent English required to work in an international context.
  • You already have an experience in Digital Marketing for the US market.
  • Ideally an experience in the SaaS universe.


  • Pragmatic and resourceful, you're a “doer” = you do things, quick and well. Even if you have to correct it afterwards.
