From 4 partners to 115 people in 5 years, we were self financed until 2019 thanks to more than 100 key accounts such as LVMH, L'Oreal, BNP Paribas group, Renault Nissan Mitsubishi, Total, Deloitte, Accor, ... After building strong leadership and expanding the team in Europe, we've opened our US HQ in Boston in 2019 and raised $13 million with Balderton - Bernard Liautaud, co-founder of Business Objects to expand in the USA. We've built a performing core team and are looking to expand our team with passionate & talented people.

What if you were the cornerstone of marketing acquisition for a high-growth, funded, data & analytics scale-up?

WHY JOIN US?

We are looking for a US-based VP of Global Marketing. Joining us you will:

  • lead a dedicated team of 8 permanent & 2 intern marketers (half American, half European) and report directly to our CEO and co-founder Charles Miglietti, based in Boston
  • leverage strong and exciting Foundations and scale them: skilled People, a strong Tech Stack and high-performing existing programs in both the EU and US markets
  • work hand in hand with executive leadership & founders
  • help position Toucan as a leading innovator in the Analytics space, with a strong focus on the US market
  • market a product with diverse business & technological applications
  • occupy an essential role in driving the success of a SaaS software and ‘Enterprise’ in Europe & in the USA

YOUR MISSIONS

  • LEAD THE MARKETING TEAM, with members in Paris & the USA, including recruiting, retention, and mentoring, as well as guiding the overall team strategy
  • OWN awareness and high intent programs and the complete Mix Marketing in the USA and in Europe
  • ITERATE & SCALE, you measure and evaluate metrics around demand gen impact
  • PARTNER with VP Product Marketing Kevin Smith, as well as the US and EU sales teams to drive conversions and pipeline growth
  • LEVERAGE a very well-integrated, state-of-the-art Tech stack: Hubspot for Marketing Automation & Website CMS, Salesforce for CRM, Toucan for Reporting

Preferred Experience

PROFILE

  • 10+ years of marketing Demand Gen Experience in B2B SaaS
  • You have proven track record of driving successful awareness and high intent acquisition programs on an international level (with a focus on the the US and European markets) - you love a global challenge!
  • You have marketed multiple use cases to both IT & LoB
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of a diverse array of marketing channels so that you can provide guidance to the entire marketing team
  • You're highly data-literate, and your recommendations and strategies are (almost) always data-driven
  • You're proficient with Hubspot and Salesforce.com

ATTITUDE

  • You love working with product marketing and sales teams to iterate on marketing materials and competitive differentiation
  • You know how to communicate with VP and C-level, especially in Sales Roles to build strong relationships and positively influence their day-to-day
  • Creative, curious and autonomous, you are ambitious and want to play a critical role in the growth of high-performing companies
